About Graeme

Graeme Rogers has been an Executive Search professional for twenty-five years. He has conducted successful Board level, CEO, and Senior Executive Search assignments across Financial Services, Manufacturing and Logistics, Engineering and Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Professional Services, Pharmaceutical and fast-moving consumer goods markets, plus academic, membership, scientific, faith-based and not-for-profit institutions.

He takes particular pride in his record of applying innovative cross-industry skills transfer, rigorous candidate character assessment, and ensuring strong cultural and organisational fit in all of his appointments.

Graeme’s career includes extensive international and domestic experience at senior management level in finance, marketing, strategic planning and management consulting.

His early career comprised a range of senior financial management roles in Australian commercial and manufacturing companies, followed by appointments in stockbroking, International investment banking, institutional and corporate banking, and management consulting.

Graeme held appointments as a Vice President of The Chase Manhattan Bank – New York (now JPMorgan Chase) in London (Founding CFO, The Chase Investment Bank), New York (Director of Budget and Planning), and Melbourne (A/Asian Representative – Chase Institutional Bank); Vice President and Representative of First National Bank of Chicago in Sydney; and General Manager-Marketing of Midland International Australia Ltd. He then joined PA Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant in Strategic Consulting to Financial Institutions and the Information Technology sector before moving to Executive Search as a Partner of Boyden global executive search in Sydney.

Graeme is an Accountant by profession, a Fellow of both CPA Australia and FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia), and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has undertaken Post Graduate studies at the London School of Economics, with The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at North Western University in Chicago, and at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Graeme effectively combines the analytical and management disciplines of a widely experienced financial executive with the practical approach of his experience in successfully marketing competitive products and services, and the client understanding of extensive consulting in strategic marketing and executive search.

His forensic approach to all client assignments both optimises the recruitment process, and produces consistently positive outcomes for clients and candidates.
